In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioner got appointed in a Government Aided School on 19th September, 2016. His appointment was approved by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur on 21st February, 2018. 4. His allegation is that his arrear salary for the period 19th September, 2016 till 28th February, 2018 has not been paid. 5. Prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the arrear salary of the petitioner. 2 6. From the documents annexed to the writ petition, no document of the petitioner seeking arrear salary can be found. 7. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur to take necessary steps for releasing the arrear salary of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law after his claim is vetted by the Director of Accounts (SE), Purba Medinipur. 8. Steps shall be taken to disburse the arrear admissible salary at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 9. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.
