Respondent has issued a notice dated 04.05.2026 (Annexure-A) demanding that the petitioner quit and deliver vacant possession of the writ petition schedule property in favour of the respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers. "a) to Quash the notice dated 04/05/2026 Reference No.39/26-27 respondent Bangalore Dist. Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. Bangaluru, by directing the petitioner to evict the scheduled property at Annexure-A. b) Issue Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent Bangalore Dist. Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. Bengaluru not to take any coercive steps and follow the due process of law. c) Pass any other order which this Hon'ble court deems fit by considering the facts of this court, in the interest of justice and equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28555 WP No. 16610 of 2026 2. Admittedly, according to the petitioner he is a tenant of the property. The respondent is not a State for the purposes of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Even otherwise, if the petitioner is having any right against the respondent and if he is of the opinion that the respondent is not entitled to having vacated him from the writ petition schedule property, then in that event, he is required to approach the Civil Court. The respondent being the owner of the property, is always entitled to have the tenant evicted in the manner known to law. 3.
