During pendency of the above matter, the daughter of the detenu having expired, this Court had granted emergency parole for 15 days vide its order dated 05.06.2026 and disposed of the matter. 2. IA No.1/26 has been filed for extension of parole on the ground that the religious ceremonies are yet to be completed, which would take another 30 days' time. 3. Taking into consideration the said aspect and also taking into consideration that there is no complaint against the detenu during his emergency parole, the parole earlier granted is now extended as a general parole for a period of 30 days commencing from 20.06.2026 on the same terms and conditions.
