GP FOR REVENUE 3 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not carrying out F-line boundary demarcation survey of lands owned by and in enjoyment of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.84 cents situated in Sy.No.530 in Pedalanka village, Kolluru Mandal, Bapatla District on one pretext or the other despite submitting multiple representations over the last many years. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 16.03.2026 submits that the endorsement copy of the 3rd respondent dated 01.09.2025 informed that after flood is controlled again survey activity can be taken up. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said written instructions and endorsement of the 3rd respondent dated 01.09.2025 no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The petitioner can approach the authority concerned at appropriate stage seeking conducting of survey and if so made the same shall be conducted in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 16.03.2026 shall be made as 4 part of the court record. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
