No.9897 of 2026 ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 forbearing them from issuing No Objection Certificate for issuance/Renewal of Passport and Visa in favour of the respondents 5 and 6. It is alleged by the petitioner that the said respondents, without obtaining permission from the jurisdictional criminal Court in which cases are pending against them, trying to apply for issuance/Renewal of Passport and Visa. 2. Admittedly, the respondents 5 and 6 have not filed any application with the first respondent for renewal of passport and the apprehension that the first respondent is likely to renew the passport, without the said respondents obtaining permission from the jurisdictional criminal Court, is unfounded and 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP (MD).
