(398 1/4 Sq.ft.) situated in Keelaraja Veethi, Oothathur Post, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy by considering petitioner’s representation dated 05.02.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 05.02.2026 to survey the land and fix the four boundaries on the said land and further submits that there is no rival claimant on the said land. 3. However, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to ascertain whether there is any rival claimant and in case there is any rival claimant, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No. 5607 of 2026 the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimant and thereafter, survey the property as per law.
