Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 02.09.2026 and copy of office order dated 04.07.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. The DDOs concerned 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:37534 2 have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 07.01.2026 passed in CWP No.547 of 2026, titled, Shilpa Devi and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not paid to the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
