JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure–B) passed by Respondent No. 1 and the order dated 14.07.2020 (Annexure–A) passed by Respondent No. 2, inter alia - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28489 WP No. 14008 of 2023 seeking a direction to Respondent No. 3 to continue the khata in the name of the petitioners. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that the land in question is the joint family property of the petitioners and the private respondents. The khata was effected pursuant to the Partition Deed dated 10.08.1994. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that O.S. No. 198 of 2017, involving the rights of the parties in respect of the subject property, is pending consideration before the competent civil court. 4. In that view of the matter, it is open to the parties to approach the competent authority for appropriate mutation and revenue entries after the - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28489 WP No. 14008 of 2023 conclusion of the suit in O.S. No. 198 of 2017 and subject to the outcome thereof. 5. In the circumstances, I am of the considered view that the findings recorded by both the authorities are just and proper and do not call for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
