The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non implementation of an order passed under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI). It is evident from the conduct of the petitioner bank that they are neither interested nor diligent in proceeding with this matter and recovering the subject loan. 3.
