At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office orders dated 27.03.2026 and 21.08.2026, and, on that basis, submits that the judgment in question stands implemented.

Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above fact, and, submits that in view of the aforesaid documents, the present petition be disposed of, however, liberty be reserved to the
