This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 169 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas. 2. The opposite party no.3 is represented. A copy of the revisional application shall be served upon the learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party no.3. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the other opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the non-appearing opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on 2 record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. With the above observations, C.O. 110 of 2025 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
