Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 01.09.2026 and copy of office order dated 19.08.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 19.08.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41,600/- after completion of two years of regular service, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 22.12.2025 passed in CWP No.20115 of 2025, titled, Naveen Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others., has duly been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner strictly as per the mandate contained in the judgment passed in the case of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
