While placing on record communication dated 12.8.2026, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, HRTC, Joginder Nagar, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vipul Mehta, learned vice counsel appearing for the non- applicant/respondent states that entire payment in terms of
judgment alleged to have been violated stands released to the applicant/petitioner.
Having carefully perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that interest on delayed payment of DCRG and leave encashment in respect of the applicant/petitioner, who retired on 31.12.2023, has been calculated at the rate of 7.01% per annum. A sum of Rs. 1,69,638/- has been paid after deduction of Rs. 18,659/- towards Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application, accordingly, same is
disposed of with liberty reserved to the applicant/petitioner to file appropriate proceedings qua surviving grievance if any.
