On perusal of records, it discloses that this petition is filed against the concurrent finding of the Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court. On 03.06.2026, the counsel for the petitioner sought time and this Court taken note that the matter is of the year 2023 and the counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and the matter is not yet admitted. Hence, imposing the cost, matter was adjourned. Cost is paid by the counsel for the petitioner but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and not pursuing the matter diligently.
