Since an innocuous prayer has been made for deciding the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 31.07.2023, we direct Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the said complaint filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from today, if not already taken. 4.
