The present MCC has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction/modification of the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WPS No.4483 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while recording the consensus arrived at between the parties regarding the petitioner's joining at Government Primary School, Jambahar, the Development Block was inadvertently mentioned as "Podi Uproda". It is submitted that the correct Development Block is "Korba" and the incorrect description has occurred due to a bona fide inadvertent mistake. It is further submitted that the correction sought is purely clerical in nature and does not affect the merits of the order. 3. Having considered the submission advanced and upon perusal of the record, this Court finds that the petitioner seeks correction of an inadvertent error occurring in the order dated 04.06.2026. The proposed correction neither alters the substance of the order nor affects any right of the parties and is necessary to correctly reflect the factual position. 4. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. It is directed that in the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WPS No.4483 of 2026, wherever the expression "Government Primary School, Jambahar, 3 Development Block Podi Uproda" occurs, the same shall be read as "Government Primary School, Jambahar, Development Block Korba". 5.
