Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 57 of 2025 arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, registered under Section 70(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4(2) of POCSO Act, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum- Special Judge POCSO Act cases West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 25.10.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the victim is 12 years of age and there is direct allegation against the petitioner. 5. Upon a query of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of 10 charge-sheeted witnesses, 09 witnesses, including the victim of the case, have already been examined. 6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the direct allegation against the petitioner and also the fact that the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 7.
