The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohardaga (M) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69 and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are there of establishing physical relationship with the informant on the false pretext of marriage, however, in the meantime, good sense has prevailed between the parties and they have solemnized the marriage in a temple.

In course of arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a marriage certificate of Sree Mahadani Seva Satsang Samiti, Bero, Ranchi, in which, the photographs of petitioner and informant are pasted.

Let the photo copy of the said marriage certificate be taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner and the informant both are present before this court.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that although the allegations are there, however, it appears that the marriage has been solemnized between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering that the petitioner and the informant both are major and marriage has already been solemnized between them, in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
