During the subsistence of the passport, the petitioner had submitted an application dated 15.07.2025 seeking re-issuance of the passport. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he is entitled to the re-issuance of the passport, the respondent has not taken any steps to process the said application. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner’s application would be considered in accordance with law. 5.
