In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30th April, 2026 (Annexure-C) filed for entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the land in question. 3. Heard Sri. Chandrashekara Reddy M.V., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to enter her name in the revenue records in respect of the land in question based on the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27713 WP NO.16580 OF 2026 judgment and decree dated 31st January, 2002 passed in Original Suit No.598 of 2000 by the competent Civil Court. On perusal of the averments made in the representation dated 30th April, 2026 (Annexure-C), it is also forthcoming that the Regular Appeal No.85 of 2015 has been preferred against the judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.598 of 2000 and same is dismissed on 04th November, 2025 before the First Appellate Court. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30th April, 2026 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
