In this petition the petitioner is seeking direction the respondent to consider the representation dated 30th July, 2025 (Annexure-A) filed by the petitioner for showing the cart track in Survey No.37 of Saddahalli Villlage, Shidlaghatta Taluk while doing phodi and haddubastu work. 3. Heard Sri. Sameer S.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the representation of the petitioner, the same would indicate that the land bearing Survey No.163 measuring 2 acre 26 guntas situate at Amani Bandammanakere Village, Shidlaghatta Taluk belongs to the petitioner, which was acquired by him through inheritance. The grievance of the petitioner is that, one Narasappa S/o Narasimhappa and Thippanna S/o Gangadhar are interfering with the subject land bearing Survey No.37 of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27716 WP NO.14174 OF 2026 Saddahalli Village, Shidlaghatta Taluk and not allowing the petitioner to reach his land. In that view of the matter, since the matter is of Civil in nature, I am of the view that the revenue authorities have no jurisdiction to resolve the grievance of the petitioner.
