By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 Direct the respondent authorities to rectify the Certificate (Annexure P/4) by which the Tahsildar had reduced the area of the petitioner's Land as in comparison to previous year and restore the transaction in his Rin Pustika in the interest of justice. 10.2 Direct the respondent to enable the petitioner to sell his crop as per the token provided to him. 10.3 Direct the respondents authority to proceed with an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner against respondent no.5 & 6 as per law. 10.4 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in circumstances of this case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Ghumka, the land area of the petitioner has been reduced. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that against the said order, the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to approach the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) {Appellate Authority} under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code ( in short “the Code”). 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the 3 documents filed along with the petition. 5. Admittedly, since the order dated 09.12.2022 has been passed by the Naib Tehsildar, the petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy to approach the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) (SDO{R}) under the provisions of the Code, which is the competent Appellate Authority. 6. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned SDO(R) by filing an appropriate statutory appeal against the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Ghumka. 7.
