1. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter has been taken up and heard for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 17.11.2025 (Annex.4). In the said notice, the petitioner was required to furnish the qualification certificates meeting the criteria of eligibility when he appeared for the examination for selection to the post of Lower Division Clerk (for short, “LDC”). The petitioner’s apprehension is that based on such kind of notice, similarly situated persons have been terminated and their appointment orders have been cancelled.

4. It is the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in response to the aforesaid notice, the petitioner has submitted the required information and the concerned authority may be
directed to consider the entire information and take appropriate decision to proceed further.
5. Considering the said request, the present writ petition is
disposed of. The respondents are directed to consider the entire information and evidence submitted by the petitioner in response to the notice dated 17.11.2025 and after considering such material, pass necessary orders for proceeding further.
6. The petitioner is given liberty to challenge if any adverse
order is passed in the matter.
7. All the pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
