The applicant who is in custody since 07.04.2023 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.557 of 2023 arising out of Thakurgaon P.S. Case No.14 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 302/ 201/ 120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit vide order dated 15.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.8851 of 2024 and order dated 06.08.2025 passed in B.A. No.3579 of 2025. This is the third attempt. It appears that the prosecution evidence is closed and now it is pending for the defense witness. It is up to the defense counsel to conclude the trial as early as possible. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again.
