The petitioner claims to have submitted an application before the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar for demarcation of his land being Demarcation Case No.951 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no steps have been taken in the demarcation proceeding so far. 3. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the demarcation case filed by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
