The petitioner seeks Auto Rickshaw permit. The petitioner had submitted an application on 09.02.2026 in Form CCPA for the said purpose with the respondent. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s application, dated 09.02.2026 seeking grant of Auto Rickshaw permit in his favour to operate the vehicle within the radius of 30 kms from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem district, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. This Writ Petition is disposed with the above directions.
