Earlier applications were rejected on merits vide orders dated 28.08.2025 and 19.02.2026 passed in M.Cr.C. Nos.5870/2025 & 1688/2026 respectively. 2. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the complainant, Gourishankar Beriwal, lodged a written complaint on 04.04.2025 alleging that between 30.10.2024 and 16.11.2024, an unknown person had fraudulently withdrawn a total sum of Rs.17,16,552/- from his savings bank account. Based on the aforesaid allegations, the police registered the offences as mentioned above against the present Applicant. Hence, this application. 3. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that out of 11 witness, only 2 have been examined, the Applicant, who is a 22 year old young man, has been in judicial custody since 22.05.2025 and the conclusion of trial is likely to take considerable time, therefore, it is prayed that he may be enlarged on regular bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel opposes the bail application. 3 5. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no substantial change in circumstances since rejection of the Applicant's earlier bail applications on merits. It is pertinent to note that while rejecting the previous bail application, this Court had directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and endeavour to conclude the same preferably within six months, which has not yet elapsed and the order-sheet reflects that the trial is progressing with 2 out of 11 prosecution witnesses already examined, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the bail application of the applicant – Mukesh Chaudhary involved in Crime No.140/2025 registered at Police Station – City Kotwali, District- Raigarh (C.G.), for the offences under Sections 318(4) & 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 as also under Section 66(D) of IT Act, is hereby rejected. 7.
