1. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging disobedience of order dated 02.01.2025 passed in WPC No. 6423 of 2024.
2. In WPS No. 4566 of 2022 following order has been passed :-
“4. From perusal of the order dated 7-6-2024, it is manifest that the SDO has passed an order by exercising power under Section 248(2)(ka) of the CGLRC and also proceeded for removal of the respondents No.8 to 10 from the illegal SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2026.06.18 17:48:38 +0530
2 encroachment over the road in dispute.
5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents No.2 & 5 are directed to look into the matter and ensure compliance of the
order dated 7-6-2024 passed by the SDO, in its true perspective, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.”
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents would submit that pursuant to
order dated 02.01.2025, a proceeding was initiated and the encroachers have already removed their encroachment and memo has been placed as Annexure R/5 along with reply.
4. Taking into consideration the submission advanced by Ms. Vishwakarma and perusal of memo dated 23.04.2025 it appears that the order passed in writ petition has already been complied with.
5. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped. Notice issued to respondent stand discharged. Sd/-
