Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. 2. Learned advocate representing the petitioners also submits document relating to depositing deficit Court fees and same is taken on record. 3. As the benches of West Bengal Administrative Tribunal are not available writ petition is entertained on placing reliance on the judgment of this Court dated 13th January, 2026 passed on the writ petition being WPA 27327 of 2025 ( Md. Masidul Islam Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). 4. Matter relates to recruitment in the post of Constable in West Bengal Police for which 2 recruitment notification was issued on 5th March, 2024. Petitioners belong to category of Home Guard and participated in the recruitment process. Petitioners sat in the written test and on completion of written test 60,178 number of candidates were short-listed by the recruitment authority for conducting Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and viva-voce. 5. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that petitioners’ name did not feature in the list of 60,178 number of candidates. Grievance is raised on behalf of the petitioners as the list containing 60,178 number of candidates is bereft of necessary particulars i.e. category of candidates and marks awarded to the candidates in the written test. Apart from this issue of publication of list other issues are also agitated. 6. State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has opposed this writ petition. 7. It is submitted on behalf of State respondents that intra Court appeal is preferred against the judgment dated 3rd February, 2026 passed in WPA 484 of 2026 (Chandan Dhara & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). 3 8. Court finds issue of publication of list containing names of 60,178 candidates is already decided in another writ petition being WPA 484 of 2026 (Chandan Dhara & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) thereby directing that said list of selected candidates prepared on written test requires inclusion of respective categories of candidates and marks awarded to the individual candidates. 9. Judgment was delivered in Chandan Dhara (supra) on 3rd February, 2026 which will govern the present writ petition. 10. Concerned respondent authorities are directed to publish list based on written examination in terms of the directions as contained in the judgment dated 3rd February, 2026 passed in Chandan Dhara (supra). 11. Other issues which are agitated before this Court are not delved into and same are kept open. 12. Judgment dated 3rd February, 2026 passed in Chandan Dhara (supra) be kept with this writ petition duly countersigned by Assistant Registrar (Court) 13. Writ petition stands disposed of. 4 14.
