Petitioner has come up before this Court, invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this Court against non-compliance of the judgment dated 08.05.2026 [Annexure P-1] passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.5761 of 2026, titled Sonam v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, wherein respondents were directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-2 in said writ petition] in the light of averments made therein within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 4. With the consent of Learned Counsel for the parties, the instant petition is closed with the direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation [Annexure P-2] as mandated in the judgment dated 08.05.2026 [Annexure P-1] within a period of four weeks from today [if not already decided].
