Petitioner states that on completion of normal tenure in tribal/hard area, he preferred a representation dated 14.07.2026, (Annexure P-1) seeking transfer to the station of his choice. The aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till now. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Taking note of the aforesaid grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 1/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P- 1, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within four weeks from today.
