Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026 in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 37 of 2026, for the offences registered under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and the marriage was solemnized on 24.02.2026 and as per the F.I.R. the family members of the girl got information about the death of the girl on 29.03.2026 and when they went there, they found the victim dead. 4. The learned counsel has submitted that charge sheet has been submitted under Section 108 of BNS for causing abetment to commit suicide. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is allegation of demand of dowry in the FIR itself and two-wheeler motorcycle was also demanded. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the ( 2026:JHHC:21612 ) 2 victim was died in her matrimonial home just one month after the marriage in un-natural condition and there is allegation of demand of dowry, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
