This I.A., seeks condonation of delay of 206 days, in filing the present Letters Patent Appeal challenging the learned Single Judge’s judgment and order dated 23.08.2024 passed in W.P(C) No. 4790 of 2023 and other connected cases. 3. Admittedly, the learned Single Judge’s judgment and order dated 23.08.2024 was common disposing of W.P (C) No. 4790 of 2023 and other connected cases. 4. In the context of this common order dated 23.08.2024, we have dismissed the I.A. No. 5019 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 513 of 2025, declining to condone the delay of 206 days. 2 5. Learned counsel states that the present I.A. is almost identical to the reasons set out in I.A. No. 5019 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 513 of 2025. 6. Therefore, relying upon our reasoning in the order dated 27.01.2026 dismissing the I.A. No. 5019 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 513 of 2025, we dismiss the present interim application by declining to condone the delay. 7. As a consequence, the appeal also stands dismissed. No cost. 8.
