Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.06.18 14:24:05 +0530 2 2) Mr. Anshuman Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was a daily rated employee working on the post of Data Entry Operator in O/o Joint Director, Social Welfare Department Bilaspur and his services were discontinued therefore he approached the competent labour court. He further submits that the learned labour court passed an award of re-instatement but State preferred WPL No. 22 of 2022 wherein interim protection was granted in favor of petitioner herein but the respondents herein have not complied with the interim order dated 8.5.2023 in its letter and spirit. He prays that competent proceedings may be drawn against the respondents and they be punished in accordance with law. 3) Ms. Priyanka Rai, learned counsel for the respondents has invited the attention of this Court to the pay slips issued in favor of the petitioner pertaining to the months of June, 2024, October, 2024, January, 2025, May, 2025, August, 2025 and October, 2025. 4) Heard. 5) The pay-slips issued in favor of petitioner reveal that he is drawing the wages against the post of Data Entry Operator meaning thereby he has been reinstated pursuant to the interim order passed in the writ petition. 6) It appears that the respondents have complied with the interim 3 order passed in the writ petition dated 8.5.2023.
