Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody since 15.07.2025 and 06.08.2025 respectively in connection with Sessions Trial No. 80 of 2026 arising out of Bogodar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025, registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners happen to be the parents-in-law of the deceased who died in her matrimonial home, but she had committed suicide. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State and the informant, on the other hand, have opposed the prayer for bail and have submitted that the victim died in unnatural condition in her matrimonial home within two months of marriage and there was a demand of motorcycle. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 6. To this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge has been framed by 09.04.2026 and there are altogether 10 charge- sheeted witness, but not even a single witness has been examined so far. He submits that the next date before the learned court is 25th August, 2026. 2026:JHHC:21848 2 7. The State is directed to ensure that the witnesses are promptly produced before the learned court. 8. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director, Prosecution and Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to ensure compliance. 9.
