The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to direct the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chhata, District- Mathura to decide the Case No. 955 of 2018 (State Vs. Maharaj Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 02 of 2016, U/s 354B, 452, 324 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Shergarh, District- Mathura as expeditiously Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Subham Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Vimlesh .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Opposite Party(s) possible within a stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present case is pending since long and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that the learned trial court shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides.
