The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Angara P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 103, 61(2), 238 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and only on suspicion. He further submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner was having relationship with the wife of the deceased and only due to that, the petitioner has been implicated. He next submits that the witnesses have stated that the death has occurred due to falling on the road and that has come in the post-mortem report also which is part of the case diary. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of relationship with the wife of the deceased and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Although allegations are there of having relationship with the wife of the deceased however, in the post-mortem report it has come that the witnesses have stated that the death has occurred due to falling on the road, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:21759 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Angara P.S.
