KAMAL ORAL ORDER Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the relief sought in the petition is for a direction to the respondent No.1-Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (for short 'RERA') to consider the application filed by the petitioner under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in CMP. No. 210623 / 0008039 of 2021 on the file of the respondent No.1-RERA. 2. A memo seeking disposal of writ petition is also filed along with a copy of the Order dated 31.01.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP No.4969/2022, which was filed by the very same - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28522 WP No. 4768 of 2022 petitioner for very same relief. This Court has allowed the said petition directing respondent No.1-Authority to consider the similar application filed in the said petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if such a direction is issued. 4. Since the relief sought for in the present petition has already been granted to the petitioner by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2023 in W.P.No.4969/2022, as noted above, this petition is also allowed on similar lines and respondent No.1-RERA is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner as noted above, if the proceedings are still pending consideration before respondent No.1-RERA.
