The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the allegations are made of theft from the house. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and he is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 13 of the petition, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
