The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging disobedience of order dated 21.09.2023 passed in WPS No. 4566 of 2022. 2. In WPS No. 4566 of 2022 following order has been passed :- “6. Taking into consideration the submission advanced by Mr. Gupta and perusal of memo dated 06.12.2024 it appears that the order passed in writ petition has already been complied with. 5.
