The factual matrix in all the above captioned writ petitions being the same, they were heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. In sum and substance, the reliefs claimed in all the writ petitions are identical. For the sake of convenience, WPC No.2864/2026 is taken as the lead case for disposal of all the writ petitions and the reliefs claimed therein read as under : 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the present Petitioner from the Respondent 6 authorities concerned for kind perusal. 10.2 The Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions, and set- aside impugned order dated 04/06/2026 (ANNEXURE P- 1), issued by the Respondent No.04, in the respect of the petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant the lease to the petitioner or pass any other order in favour of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost. 10.4 Pass any other order under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by way of all these writ petitions, the petitioners are challenging the impugned eviction order(s) dated 4.6.2026 issued to them separately by Respondent No.4 directing them to vacate the subject premises within 7 days. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of these petitions thereby enabling the petitioners to approach the competent authorities to consider their grievances raised herein. He submits that since the notice was issued by the Tahsildar, the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the said notice(s) before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (R ) as per the relevant rules. 4. The prayer sought by learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be reasonable. 7 5. Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. 6. It is directed that in the event the petitioners approach the concerned authorities within 15 days from today, the said authorities shall consider the case of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 7.
