BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER Date : 18.02.2026 Heard Mr. M.R. Sodial, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.S. Lahkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an inadvertent mistake occurred in paragraph 9 of the Order dated 05.02.2026, passed in B.A. No. 78 of 2026 wherein the words “to the satisfaction of the learned Eleka Magistrate” needs to be corrected as “to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Cachar, Silchar”. It is stated that the case is pending before learned Special Judge (NDPS), Cachar Silchar. Hence the aforesaid order requires correction. Having regard to the above, in the aforesaid order, the words “to the satisfaction of the learned Eleka Magistrate” stands corrected as “to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Cachar, Silchar”.
