Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025, charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the complainant is a special child who has been sexually assaulted. Learned advocate for the State produces the Case Diary, draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim girl as well as the medical report. Having considered the materials appearing in the Case Diary and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 566 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
