Romesh Verma, Judge(oral) The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP No. 6772 of 2026, titled Neha Verma vs. State of H.P., dated 23.05.2025. 2. When the case was listed on 31.08.2026, learned Additional Advocate General had sought time to have the latest instructions in the matter. 3. Today, he has placed on record the Office Order dated 31.08.2026, whereby the case of the present petitioner has been considered and the concerned authorities have been directed to grant higher pay scale after completion of two years of regular service in favour of the petitioner and re-fix her pay and release all the consequential arrears, subject to final outcome of the legal remedy, if any, in Mohit Sharma's case. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty may be granted to him to revive the present petition, in case the grievance, as raised by the present petitioner, still remains unaddressed.
