ORAL ORDER
1. In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“To issue a writ or order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the latest representations dated 01.09.2025 vide at Annexure-S, and Annexure T, dated 01.09.2025 and Annexure-V, dated 01/09.09.2025 and Annexure-W, 20.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner and to reinstate the

petitioner into service, pay subsistence allowance with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 01.09.2025 vide at Annexure-S, and Annexure T, dated 01.09.2025 and Annexure-V, dated 01/09.09.2025 and Annexure-W, 20.12.2025 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint
submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner,

consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representations dated 01.09.2025 vide at Annexure-S, and Annexure T, dated 01.09.2025 and Annexure-V, dated 01/09.09.2025 and Annexure-W, 20.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
