Case No. 4973 of 2018 arising out of Kashipur Police Station Case No.278 of 2018 dated 23.08.2018 for commission of offences under Section 498A / 325 / 307 / 376D / 313 / 406 / 34 of the IPC, pending before the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. 2. Ms. Puspita Saha, learned empanelled counsel of the Government of West Bengal along with learned Public 2 Prosecutor are appointed to represent the State in the present case. Let their appointment be regularized. 3. It appears that the GR Case relates to the year 2018 and seven long years have passed. The offences alleged are under Section 498A and others. 4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Trial Court shall make all endeavours to conclude the trial in the said case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order. 5.
