HOUSEWIFE, R/O CHENNAMPETA VILLAGE, YETAPAKA MANDAL, ALLURI SITHARAMA RAJU DISTRICT-533352. ...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner(S): KRISTAM SAKTHI NIRANJAN GUPTHA Counsel for the Respondent(S): GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue an appropriate Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in interfering in the civil dispute relating to land in Sy No 5/6AA of Chandrampalem Village Yetapaka Mandal East Godavari District 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.12689 of 2026 Dated 05.05.2026 which is the subject matter of O.S.No.102 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Special Assistant Agent cum Sub Divisional Magistrate Mobile Court Rampachodavaram by summoning the petitioners to the Police station calling them to the station through their staff and pressurising them to settle the dispute as illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and b consequently direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 and their subordinates not to interfere in any manner with the aforesaid civil dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondents 6 to 9 and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. K. Sakthi Niranjan Guptha, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are interfering in the civil dispute relating to the land in Sy.No.5/6AA of Chandrampalem Village, Yetapaka Mandal, East Godavari District, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.102 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Special Assistant Agent-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, by summoning the petitioners to the police station through their staff and pressurising them to settle the dispute. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, without following due process of law. 4 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.12689 of 2026 Dated 05.05.2026 6.
