The applicant has preferred this Second Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 358/2025, registered at Police Station – Baikunthpur, District – Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 111, 317(2), 317(4) and 317(5) of the BNS. 2. The Registry has reported that the present bail application suffers from various defaults, and it appears that the instant bail application has been filed by the applicant on 13.05.2026, but counsel for the applicant did not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry. 3. Accordingly, the instant second bail application is dismissed on this ground alone, with the liberty to the applicant to file afresh after correcting the defaults pointed out by the Registry.
