Mr. Prabhash Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants submits that supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the appellants and in light of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the supplementary affidavit, he seeks permission to withdraw this second appeal. 3. Mr. Vishal Kumar Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection. 4. In light of the statements made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the supplementary affidavit, this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Pending I.A., if any, is disposed of. 6.
