Learned counsel for the appellant seeks instructions from the appellant in person who is present before this Court and submits that the appellant in person may be allowed to file an application under Section 25 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short “Act of 2 1955”) for claiming permanent alimony before the learned Family Court, Dhamtari (C.G.) and seeks direction from this Court to the learned Family Court, Dhamtari to decide the aforesaid application within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. He further undertakes to deposit the balance amount of monthly maintenance within 15 days from today. 4. Be that as it may, the appellant is at liberty to file application under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the learned Family Court, Dhamtari (C.G.) which will be considered and decided by the learned Family court, Dhamtari, District- Dhamtari (C.G.) expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
